Hurstwood has agreed a six-year lease with a biofuel firm at Portside Industrial Estate, in Ellesmere Port.
Prestige Fuels Ltd has taken a lease on two industrial units with a combined size of over 10,000 sqft.
Managing Director of Prestige Fuels, Eddie O''Reilly, commented: "We were attracted to the site because of its proximity to the oil comapnies in and around Ellesmere Port.
"We placed Hurstwood under an enormous amount of pressure to help us move in less than a month along with an extensive list of alteration but it didn''t phase them. We moved in as agreed on Friday and started business on the Monday."
Prestige fuels import and distribute Biofuel to all market sectors. The fuels are mainly derived from biomass or bio waste, can be used for any purpose and are the best way of reducing the emission of the greenhouse gases.
Mark Carling, Sales Director at Hurstwood, said: "Portside Industrial Estate is in a perfect location for Presige to import and wholesale their product. They are close to existing clients on the Wirral as well as being less than half a mile from Junction 8 of the M53."
