Hurstwood Court in Leyland is now almost fully let following the completion of two new lettings in July.

Hurstwood has let a combined total of 11,500 sqft of industrial space to Energi Plc and BSS Group Plc.

With these two lates deals complete it means there is now just one 5,200 sqft unit available on the site which was opened three years ago.

Stephen Ashworth, Chairman of the Hurstwood group of companies, commentes: "Naturally, we are very please to have signed up two more tenants at Hurstwood Court. Our industrial units in Leyland have proved to be very popular and we have let six units, totalling almost 30,000 sqft, over the past nine months."
