Budding restaurateurs are showing an increasing appetite in a Blackburn town centre landmark site.
In recent weeks there has been renewed interest in the restaurant, according to Mark Carling, Head of Commercial Sales and Lettings at Hurstwood: “We have already received a number of tentative enquiries and we are keen to turn the interest into something more concrete, as we know it is an important town centre site.

Hurstwood has appointed commercial agents Taylor Weaver and Trevor Dawson to market the property.
