Marshall House, Hurstwood’s landmark building in Preston city centre, has welcomed a new tenant.
Sencia Limited, a part of the Employment and Skills Group (ESG), has agreed a deal on office space on the building’s ground floor.
ESG provide education and training to help people from disadvantaged backgrounds find employment. Sencia themselves deal with the company’s Work Programme for the DWP.
The company’s Head of Communications and Public Affairs Kim Pattison said: “Marshall House is in the ideal location for us and our customers, situated in the heart of Preston city centre. It’s a landmark building in a prominent position on The Ringway and has everything we need; modern, open-plan office space at a reasonable rent as well as on-site parking and excellent train and bus transport links – crucial in making us as accessible as possible for the people using our service.”
Offices are still available to let at the property with space from 1500 sqft to 18,500 sqft.
Refurbished in 2007, Marshall House offers 26,000 sqft of high-quality office accommodation over nine floors. It also features secure on-site parking in addition to excellent transport links.
The building is located on The Ringway in the heart of Preston city centre, adjoining the city’s court buildings. It is a short walk to the bus station and other amenities.
