Hurstwood have brought an exciting new tenant to their offices at Railway House in Chorley.
Ultimaker GB, who deal in the sale of 3D printers, have agreed an initial twelve month lease on Suite 10 at the building.
This latest deal is one of many at Railway House in recent weeks; four suites have been let in August and September with tenants including United Response and CJ Pressure Test and Chlorination.
Hurstwood Agency and Development Surveyor Andrew McCormack said: “It is great for us to bring yet another new business to Chorley, especially one with such an exciting product. It has been a busy few months at the business centre, with a number of deals completed. Businesses are attracted by the range of space we are able to offer and the all-inclusive rents, which start from £50 per week.”
Railway House is located just outside Chorley town centre and one mile from Junction 8 of the M61 motorway.
The 7,000 ft² office building has been subdivided into a range of suites, starting from 145 ft². Tenants benefit from an on-site car park, meeting room facilities and 24-7 access.
