Another new tenant has signed-up at 61 Mosley Street, Crystal Property’s office building in Manchester city centre.
Debt councillors Vincent Bond & Co have agreed a two year deal on a 600 ft² office suite in the building’s third floor business centre.
This is the eighth letting in the building this year and the majority of the office space is now occupied.
A handful of smaller business centre suites are available on the first three floors, while the 6th floor can be let as a whole. This space measures 1,652 ft² and features a self-contained roof terrace.
61 Mosley Street is located in Manchester’s prime office core, a short walk from Piccadilly Gardens and the St Peter’s Square tram stop.
The building, which was refurbished by Crystal in 2012, contains six floors of office space, modern reception and a six-person passenger lift.
