Growth Motivates Expansion for Hurstwood’s Sandbach Tenants

Long-time Hurstwood tenants Ten Motives have expanded with a new letting at Edwin Foden Business Centre in Sandbach.

They have now moved to the combined Suite 1 & 2, agreeing a three-year deal on the 2,800 ft² office.

The company, who produce electronic cigarettes, have been Hurstwood tenants for more than four years. They have previously occupied Suite 15 and Suite 20.

Tony Jones, Director of Ten Motives said: “We have been at the Edwin Foden Business Centre with Hurstwood for well over 4 years now. Our first office was less than 500 ft² and served us well for the first couple of years, but then the business exploded and we were knocking on Hurstwood’s door looking for more space. We recently moved into 2,700 ft², and we are hoping it will accommodate us for at least a few years although we are already up to 10 people and growing.

“Renting managed space has been a huge bonus for us because of the flexibility, and I would thoroughly recommend it to any growing business, as I would working in partnership with Hurstwood.”

Edwin Foden Business Centre is located on Moss Lane, close to the centre of Sandbach. It is a short drive from Crewe and the M6 motorway.

The business centre was acquired by Hurstwood in 2007 and has since been extensively refurbished. It comprises offices in a range of sizes as well as an impressive reception area, landscaped grounds and a large on-site car park.
