Hurstwood have agreed a deal on their industrial unit on Aspect Court at Silverdale Enterprise Park.
The 4,000 ft² industrial unit has been let on a three-year lease to construction company Ryeland Developments Ltd who have moved from their current premises in Stoke-on-Trent.
Hurstwood Agency and Development Surveyor Andrew McCormack said: “Interest in Unit 4C had grown since the turn of the year and we were confident of re-letting it. The unit is in fantastic condition and on a very well kept industrial estate. It was only a matter of time before it was snapped-up.
“We have had considerable success in letting industrial units over the past few months, with a number of deals at estates across the North West and Midlands. Demand for industrial property remains high despite difficult economic conditions, and we anticipate further success as we move into summer.”
Silverdale Enterprise Park is located two miles outside of Newcastle-under-Lyme. Aspect Court is a development of nine modern industrial units on the estate.
Hurstwood have no other units on Silverdale Enterprise Park but use the ‘properties’ tab to search for the other industrial units we have available across the North West.
