Hurstwood’s refurbished offices at Grosvenor House in Swinton are now fully occupied, just weeks after work was completed.
Five new small offices were created by splitting the ground floor of the building, ranging in size from 240 ft² to 590 ft². All five are now tenanted.
The new tenants include Overstocks International, who have moved from another suite at the property, Achieve Injury Rehab, Alderley Asset Management and Debt Advice Link Limited.
Hurstwood Sales Director Mark Carling said: “We knew when we made the decision to split Suite 1 at Grosvenor house that demand for small offices there would be high, but we were not expecting to let all five new suites so quickly. It shows that even in a depressed market, there is still demand for small, high quality office suites.
“These lettings also mean that the office building is now close to being fully let with just one small office available on the first floor.”
Niki Jordon from Achieve Injury Rehab said: “As soon as I saw the suite at Grosvenor House I could see that it fitted my needs perfectly. I wanted somewhere that was easy for clients to get to and provided a safe environment for me to treat their injuries. It also gives us the freedom to offer appointments when people need them such as early mornings, evenings and at the weekend.”
Mark Benson, Managing Director of Overstocks International, said: “We were already tenants at Grosvenor House but, due to increased space needs, we have moved into larger offices in the refurbished section.
“We chose Grosvenor House originally due to its convenient location and extensive parking – but the deciding factor when we needed more space was the uniquely warm community spirit among the tenants.”
Grosvenor House is located on Agecroft Industrial Estate, 1 mile to the East of Swinton town centre and a ten minute drive from the centre of Manchester.
The building itself was constructed in the 1980s and comprises a two-storey office building split into suites from 132 ft² to 2,500 ft².
