Units at of our Salford Quays estates tend not to remain vacant for long and we anticipate completing more lettings in the near future.”
The Cobden Centre is located less than one mile from Media City with easy access to the centre of Manchester and the East Lancs Road.
The estate features 14 industrial units around a central courtyard. Each unit features toilet and kitchen facilities; some also have internal office space.
