Hurstwood have signed-up a new tenant at Ribble House, their converted headquarters office building in Bamber Bridge.
Lancashire Workforce Development Partnership (LWDP) has taken suites 2 and 4, a total of 5,576 sq ft, on a three year lease.
They join current tenants Studsvik, Pennine Events and Richardson Trading.
LWDP’s Chief Finance Officer David Kitching said: “LWDP supports the independent care sector in Lancashire, by valuing and investing in the adult social care workforce to provide subsidised staff training and development opportunities, with the ultimate purpose of improving adult social care in Lancashire for service users.
“We were looking for office space that could be used to deliver this training and be easily accessed by customers from the whole of Lancashire. Following an extensive search we chose Ribble House as it best met our requirements. After a few weeks here we are delighted with our suites, the convenience of the location and the local facilities, and we expect that we will increase our customer base as a result.”
Hurstwood Sales Director Mark Carling said: “We have seen an increase in enquiries for Ribble House since we further sub-divided the space last year and thanks to our newest tenants LWDP the building is now two-thirds let.
“Businesses are attracted to the high quality accommodation as well as the building’s location, close to the M6. We have more office space currently under offer so we anticipate more good news in the near future.”
This letting leaves just two offices available to let in the building; the 5,265 sq ft Suite 1b and the 2,542 sq ft Suite 3d.
Ribble House is located just outside Bamber Bridge town centre. The M6 Motorway and Preston town centre are both within easy reach.
Details on the remaining offices can be found on the property page.
