Navigation Business Park in Bolton is once again fully occupied after Hurstwood let the remaining office at Oceanic House.
IT support company DLS Technologies Limited has agreed a five year deal on 2,500 sq ft of office space on the ground floor of the building.
They join current tenants Permobil, Knightsbridge Business Sales, Vix Technology UK, Aalco Metals and Avnet EMG.
The office was let within weeks of coming back to the market and the building is once again fully let, as it has been for the past two years.
Managing Director of DLS Technologies Darren Leckenby said: “DLS Technologies are a provider of outsourced IT Support and Solutions for businesses throughout the North West. We have been looking to relocate for over 18 months as our business is expanding rapidly and we can now look forward to employing more staff immediately as a result of the move.
“We are happy with the entire process of negotiating terms on this move and Hurstwood made the process quick and efficient. I would recommend dealing with them to any other company if they are looking for good quality offices at reasonable prices.”
Navigation Business Park is located on Waters Meeting Road, one mile to the North of Bolton town centre.
The two office buildings on the site, Oceanic and Nautica, were constructed by Hurstwood in 2007 and measure a combined total of 20,000 sq ft.
Details of the other office accommodation Hurstwood has available in Greater Manchester can be found on the properties page.
