The Crown Hotel, Rawtenstall will be undergoing refurbishment as a new tenant Karl Boddy takes over, renaming the free house ‘The Pub’ to match it’s new image. Karl owns a number of bars and restaurants in the Lancashire area and is very excited about the amazing opportunity.
The Crown Hotel is a substantially sized property with three floors. The ground floor offers a large bar/lounge area with a pool room and a kitchen.
