Unit 3 at Mersey Court has been let to Westminster Electrical & Plumbing Ltd., a trade supplier of building materials.
The 3,000 sq ft unit has been let for an initial 12 month term. Mark Carling, Sales Director at Hurstwood, comments: “Mersey Court comprises an industrial estate offering a total of 24,000 sq ft, with units available from 3,000 up to 15,000 sq ft. We have seen a surge of interest in the estate over the past couple of months and we hope to be announcing some more good news over the next few weeks.”
