Hurstwood Holdings is a privately owned and managed property investment and development company founded by our Chairman and CEO, Stephen Ashworth in the early 1980s.
Over the last four decades, we have grown our national commercial and residential portfolio to a current value in excess of £400 million with office, industrial, leisure and residential properties from Swindon to Inverness and home to more than 1000 tenants.
Headquartered in Manchester, our dedicated in house team provides a full range of professional services from asset management and development through to lettings and investment, which allows us to react quickly and effectively when making key decisions.
Our people are key to our continued success and we are proud to have several members of the team who have been with us for more than 20 years, and over a third of the team for over 10 years.
