Hurstwood are now fully let at their Amethyst House office building at Leigh Business Park.
snom UK Ltd have agreed a deal to let the 3,300 sqft ground floor of the building.
This follows the news in April that the other office building on the site, Emerald House, was fully occupied following a deal with Omnica. All 21,000 sqft of office space at the development is now occupied.
snom UK are the UK arm of snom Technology AG, a developer and manufacturer of Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) telephones. The company was founded in Berlin in 1996 and now have a presence in more than 40 countries worldwide.

Amethyst House is one of Hurstwood’s landmark office buildings at Leigh Business Park. It features over 6,000 sqft of office space over two floors. snom UK join current tenants ThyssenKrupp Elevator UK in occupying space in the building.
Leigh Business Park is located on Warrington Road (A574) close to junction 23 of the M6 an junction 14 of the M60 and is just a short drive from Manchester. As well as the two office buildings, the site also features 13 recently constructed industrial units and 1 ½ acres of development land suitable for office or retail use.
Three units currently remain available to let on the industrial estate, ranging in size from 2,500 sqft up to 4,500 sqft and are suitable for a variety of uses including trade counter and storage.
