Hurstwood has signed up another tenant for the fifth floor business centre at Marshall House in Preston city centre.
Lancashire Global Education Centre (LGEC) has agreed a 2 year deal to let the 510 ft² Suite 2. This is the third letting on the fifth floor since it was converted to smaller offices earlier this year.
LGEC is a Lancashire charity who provides education on global issues such as poverty and sustainable development.
Nasrullah Anwar, Executive Director of LGEC, said: “The main attraction for LGEC was the proximity to both the bus station and train station. Additionally, we wanted to take the hassle out of dealing with utility providers and therefore were looking for serviced offices that would meet our needs regarding space. The building is iconic and thoroughly modernised inside and the view from our office is spectacular.”
Two suites are currently available to let on the fifth floor measuring 250 ft² and 600 ft². Full and half floors can also be let in the building.
Marshall House is located on The Ringway in Preston, close to the bus and train stations and the city centre amenities.
The building, which was refurbished in 2007, features a range of high quality office space as well as a double height entrance, car parking and on-site concierge.
