Atrium Legal Services have agreed a deal to let more office space at Hurstwood’s New Hall Hey Business Centre in Rawtenstall.
The company, who already occupy the whole first floor of the building, have let an additional 2,600 sqft on the second floor. They have been Hurstwood tenants since 2010 and now lease more than 7,000 sqft at the business centre.
Atrium Legal Services Limited is a claims management company who specialise in industrial disease claims for injuries and illnesses such as hearing loss, back pain and repetitive strain injury.
Chris Evans from Atrium Legal said: “At Atrium Legal we have seen amazing growth over the last year and are in the process of recruiting a further 50 staff. We are delighted to work with Hurstwood in our expansion plans by taking on an extra 2,600 square feet. They have been very helpful and supportive in bringing our vision to life.”
The property comprises a three-storey office building which has been refurbished to a high standard. Suite 8 is still available to let and provides a mix of private offices and meeting rooms.
The business centre is located on New Hall Hey Industrial Estate, close to Rawtenstall town centre.
