Automotive industry leaders Faurecia Emission Control Technologies have signed a deal with Hurstwood to lease a 5,400 sq ft office suite at Ribble House in Bamber Bridge, Lancashire.
The company have agreed a lease on unit 1b at the property, leaving only the 8,900 sq ft suite 3 remaining available.
Faurecia Emission Control Technologies are part of international automotive parts manufacturer Faurecia and are the world’s largest supplier of exhaust systems. One-in-five cars globally are fitted with one of the company’s products.
Ribble House is located within walking distance of Bamber Bridge town centre and is also just a short drive from Preston city centre and the M6 motorway.
The building is made up of five refurbished office suites which combine for a total of 22,000 sq ft. Each suite features an open plan area and separate office/meeting rooms.
