The Crystal-owned Northwich Business Centre continues to prove popular with a series of lettings completed in recent weeks.
Four lettings were completed in August alone, with new tenants including Tute Education, who provide tutors for schools, and HR specialists Worksolve People Solutions. A North West-based support charity and a craft and design studio have also signed up.
Five small offices have been let on the first and second floors of the building, both of which are now close to full occupancy. Work on the new ground floor offices is set for completion shortly, marking the final stage of the building’s refurbishment.
Crystal Property and Land Director Andy Park said: “The summer months can often be quieter for lettings but we’ve seen a flurry of activity at Northwich Business Centre. These August deals are just the tip of the iceberg. The final stage of the building’s refurbishment will be completed shortly and we already have tenants lined-up for the new ground floor offices. We receive a high number of enquiries for this building and anticipate letting more suites at the business centre over the coming months.”
J. Smith, Operations Manager at the North West-based support charity, said: “We have just moved to Northwich Business Centre and can’t believe how smoothly it has all gone. The centre has been refurbished to an excellent standard and our staff and our service users will love it.”
Chris Dilworth from Worksolve said: “Worksolve People Solutions Ltd is delighted to be committing to a long term letting at Northwich Business Centre. The new office will provide a base for us to create and sustain long-term relationships with small and medium sized employers. It is anticipated that Worksolve will be looking to create a variety of positions for employment in the medium to long term.”
Jenny Barnett, who operates a craft and design studio, said: “I am really excited to be setting-up my business at Northwich Business Centre, after relocating from Wiltshire. The office suite is ideal as it is so bright and airy; there is 24 hour access and it’s in a great location. I’m also looking forward to joining the network of artists in Northwich at the VAC Gallery (Visual Arts Cheshire) and trading at the new Artisan markets in the town.”
Northwich Business Centre is located in the town centre, a short walk from the train station and within a short drive of the M6 and M56 motorways.
The property features three floors of modern, refurbished offices, sized from 98 ft² upwards, with leases available from 12 months. Tenants also have access to a break room with free Wi-Fi access and a large on-site car park.
