Hurstwood’s fifth floor business centre at Marshall House is now fully occupied following the letting of the remaining office suite.
The Xinlung Group has agreed a deal to take the 600 sq ft Suite 4 on a three year lease.
They join the other business centre tenants IM Bookkeeping, LGEC, 1st Direct Computer Services and Lawyers (UK).
Full and half floors are currently available to let, with office space starting at 1,500 sq ft and rents of £9.95 per sq ft.
Marshall House is located off the Ringway in Preston city centre. It is adjacent to the court buildings and close to the bus and rail stations.
The building features nine floors of office space as well on-site concierge, secure car parking and double height reception.
