A couple of weeks ago we told you about the history of our property at Crown House in Worksop. This week, with the first tenant schedule to move in soon, we thought we’d show you some pictures of what the second floor office space looks like now the refurbishment is almost complete.

It’s all been given a lick of paint and generally tidied up so it should provide a much more pleasant working environment. The large windows along the side help as well, making it nice and light.

The office space on this floor measures 5,180 Sq Ft and can be configured to suit the needs of the occupier. The building itself is on the corner of Newcastle Avenue and Hardy Street, opposite Worksop Bus Station and just 30 metres from Bridge Street, the major pedestrianized retail area in the town.
It is also only 20 minutes away from the M1, M18 and M62 so the cities of Sheffield and Nottingham are only a short drive away.
