Crystal Property and Land, sister company to Hurstwood, have finished work at Crown House, their mixed-use development in Worksop town centre.
Following the announcement last year that A4 planning approval had been granted for late-bar use, the 5,800 ft² ground floor has now been stripped out and is ready for a retail or bar tenant to take occupation.
Work has also been completed on the second floor, where the space has been subdivided to provide office suites from 150 ft² to 2,000 ft².
Crystal Director Andy Park said: “We believe that Crown House has a huge amount of potential and that with the right tenant, the ground floor can become a highly successful shop or bar. It is in a great location in the town centre, within walking distance of the major shopping area and opposite the bus station. With the ground floor now stripped out, a tenant can come in and configure the space to their specific requirements.
“The second floor offices suit a wide range of companies, from new start-ups with one-or two staff to larger companies looking for a new base. We have had a good number of enquiries for these suites and hope to be able to announce the first tenants soon.”
Crown House is located at the junction of Hardy Street and Newcastle Avenue, adjacent to the bus station, in Worksop town centre.
The building comprises three floors with the first floor currently let to Nottinghamshire Police.
