Crystal Adds Chelford House to Cheshire Portfolio

Crystal Property and Land - Northwich

Crystal Property and Land has a new addition to its Cheshire portfolio after acquiring Chelford House at Gadbrook Park in Northwich.

The property comprises a three-storey, 37,000 ft² office building currently occupied by Green Dot Property Management Limited (part of the Talk Talk Group).

In addition to high-quality office space, the building also features air conditioning, three passenger lifts and a 168 space car park.

Crystal, sister company to Hurstwood, was founded in 2009 and already has a successful development nearby at Northwich Business Centre; a three-storey, 18,000 ft² office building in the town centre, prominently fronting on to Chester Way.

Crystal has completed 21 lettings at Northwich Business Centre since it opened earlier in the year and the final phase of refurbishment has recently been completed.

Stephen Ashworth, Chairman of Crystal and Hurstwood, said: “Our success with Northwich Business Centre has inspired us to look for more investment opportunities in the town and throughout the Cheshire area. We think we have found the perfect property in Chelford House. It is an extremely prominent building in a great location on Gadbrook Park and is now one of the gems in our growing Crystal portfolio. We look forward to forging a productive relationship with our new customers there.”

Gadbrook Park is a purpose built business park located on the outskirts of Northwich. It is home to occupiers such as Barclays, AMEC and Balfour Beatty.
