Crystal Property and Land, sister company to Hurstwood, have let the Fourth Floor at 61 Mosley Street in Manchester city centre.
Fabric Digital Limited has agreed a five year deal on the 2,200 ft² office, which also features its own roof terrace.
This is the sixth deal Crystal have completed at the building in 2013 and means that 8,900 ft² of office space is now let, out of a total of 13,000 ft².
Digital Agency Fabric is planning to take on new staff to cater for existing and new clients. The ten year old company has seen significant growth over the last three years and plans to continue to expand.
The new office will allow it to do this while providing a creative and relaxed atmosphere. Director, Ajay Kapadia said: “It’s a light airy office but what’s really special is having a balcony. We’ve already had staff sitting outside enjoying the sunshine – and that’s before the new furniture arrives.”
The sixth floor of the building, which also includes a terrace, is currently available to let along with four smaller offices suites on floors 1-3. The remainder of the building is now fully let.
61 Mosley Street is located in the heart of Manchester business district, and within a five minute walk of Piccadilly Gardens and the Mosley Street and St Peter’s Square tram stops.
The building, which was refurbished last year, features a modern reception and nine underground parking spaces.
