Work has started to create additional small office suites at 61 Mosley Street in Manchester, owned by Hurstwood’s sister company Crystal.
The work, which started last week, will create almost 2,250 sq ft of office space with the smallest suites measuring 175 sq ft and the largest measuring 900 sq ft.
One of the offices benefits from a self-contained roof terrace, a very rare commodity in the city centre, even with much larger offices.
Crystal director Andy Park comments: “We are still seeing a good level of demand for small offices in the City Centre, with another office on the third floor let at the end of November despite the unusually slow office market for this time of year. We were genuinely concerned that we could run out of small office suites to let by January 2013 therefore we took the plunge to refurbish another floor before the end of the year.”
The refurbishment work on the second floor is due to be complete before 21st December.
