Hurstwood have let industrial unit at Three Point Business Park in Rossendale, with current tenants Electricity Distribution Services (EDS) taking more space.
The company, who specialise in electricity cable installation and project management, have agreed a deal on the 2,900 ft² Unit 7. They already occupy units 17 and 18.
There are currently two units available to let at the estate; Unit 12-14 which measures 7,300 ft² and the 3,650 ft² Unit 15.
Three Point Business Park is located on Carrs Industrial Estate in Haslingden. It is just a two minute drive from the A56 which connects the M65 and M66 motorways.
The estate was constructed in 2000 and features industrial units in a range of sizes. Units benefit from a 20 ft eaves height and the majority have either office or mezzanine space.
