Emerald House, one of Hurstwood’s landmark office developments at Leigh Business Park, is now fully let after a deal was struck with Omnica Limited to rent the remaining space in the building.
The company will move into a 2,000 sqft suite on the ground floor at the beginning of May.

The company’s Managing Director Harry Manley said: “We are a rapidly growing company and needed new premises to support that growth. Emerald House is a first class facility, in a convenient location, which will serve us well in attracting new employees and new customers to Omnica.”
Emerald House was opened in 2008 and features over 15,000 sqft of open-plan office space over three floors.
