Hurstwood are once again fully occupied at their offices at Railway House in Chorley after letting the remaining office to Layered Onion Limited.
The company have agreed a deal on suite 9 at the building.
Layered Onion offer a variety of financial services including bookkeeping, commercial finance, tax and shoebox accounting. The office will also be used by Biz in a Box which is aimed at start-up businesses.
Gill Milligan, Director of both companies, said: “I thought it time to expand my reach and move out of my home office and its distractions to a dedicated office away from family life.”
She added: “I love this office – it’s my space. The costs involved were a no-brainer and it gives me room to take on another member of staff later this year, without having to think about moving to a bigger space.”
Railway House is located just outside of Chorley town centre, a short drive from the M61 motorway.
The building itself is a purpose built, modern two-storey office building made-up of a number of small office suites from 145 sq ft and also features on-site parking. Suites are available on short-term deals from £50 per month.
