Property specialist Hurstwood has let the last 800 sq ft unit at Bersham Enterprise Centre to existing tenant Excel Signs.
The Wrexham sign company moved into the site in 2007, and is one of the region’s market leaders in supplying trade and industry signage.
Excel Signs, which currently occupies another 1500 sq ft unit on the site, has recently expanded and taken the last remaining unit.
Paul Jones, Managing Director of Excel Signs, says: “Hurstwood has been incredibly supportive from the beginning, when we originally chose to move here 5 years ago.
“We couldn’t have found a better site to locate our business–not only is it situated very close to the A483 bypass and to Wrexham town centre, but also not far from the motorway.
“As always the move was made as care free as possible with the help from Hurstwood.”
The well-established industrial estate comprises 17 industrial units situated off Plas Grono Road, Rhostyllen, Wrexham.
Mark Carling, Sales Director at Hurstwood, says: “We are delighted to say Bersham is full. There is a lot of doom and gloom about the economy but there are still successful growing businesses out there.
“Bersham Enterprise Centre has been particular popular due to its great location, which gives firms a recognised business address.
“We wish Excel Signs all the best for their future in Wrexham.”
