Crystal Property has completed its first letting of 2014 at Northwich Business Centre.
Marketing agency Solutions 24-7, who already occupy Suite S31, have taken an additional office on the second floor, taking their total to 883 sq ft.
Business Development Director Wendy Batey-Gray said: “We are all thrilled with our new office space which perfectly positions us for growing our agency. Last year Crystal completed 27 lettings at the business centre and there are currently just five suites available.
Northwich Business Centre is located in the town centre, just off Chester Way. It features office suites from 98 sq ft, a break room with free Wi-Fi and a large on-site car park.
Crystal now also has a second property on the market in Northwich; 15-17 High Street, suitable for bar/nightclub use, is currently undergoing refurbishment and is available to let or for sale.
