Bridge Street Chambers, the newest addition to Crystal’s property portfolio, has welcomed its first tenants.
Independent Highways Consultant, Mayer Brown Limited has agreed a three year deal on Suite 6 in the building’s first floor business centre.
The first floor at Bridge Street Chambers is the newest Crystal business centre and follows on from successful schemes at 61 Mosley Street in Manchester, Marshall House in Preston and Northwich Business Centre.
Paul Whitaker, Senior Consultant at Mayer Brown said, “We’re excited to be focusing our North West Office base in Manchester after nearly 10 years of growth in Preston and Lancaster. The core of our development planning work will continue to be focussed on highways and transportation but we are now looking to promote additional support for various environmental disciplines such as flood risk, drainage and the principles of sustainable development. Manchester has an exciting future ahead and we are pleased that we are now able to contribute to its success.”
“The office space at Bridge Street Chambers provides us with the modern facilities and location required to retain our existing clients whilst also providing opportunities for future growth by establishing new contacts in the Greater Manchester area.”
Bridge Street Chambers is located just off Deansgate, close to Spinningfields. The first floor business centre features small offices ideally suited to new and small businesses.
