The first tenants have signed up at Crystal’s refurbished Manchester city centre office development at 61 Mosley Street.
Suite 6 located in the building’s first floor business centre has been taken by Concept Legal Expenses Limited who relocated from their previous location near the Arndale Centre at the beginning of May.
Concept Legal Expenses specialise in dealing with uninsured loss claims following road traffic accidents.
Mark McMullan, the company’s Sales and Marketing manager said: “We looked at a dozen or so properties in the City centre, speaking to various agencies. Hurstwood made contact with us to ask of our requirements, suggesting there was space available at 61 Mosley Street. Shown round the building by Mark Carling we were delighted at what was presented to us by way of floor space and the appearance of the property. The whole refurbishment has been done professionally. There was no doubt that this was the office space we had been looking for.”
He added, “All through the move the staff at Hurstwood have been most helpful and very understanding of our needs, making a normally stressful move easy”.
61 Mosley Street is located in Manchester’s prime office core, a short walk from Piccadilly Gardens and close to the Mosley Street and St Peter’s Square Metrolink stops.
Refurbishment work on the building is now almost complete with suites available between 170 and 2,500 sq ft.
