Community Voice, one of Hurstwood’s tenants at Hardmans Business Centre, has further expanded with the letting of additional office suite in the building.
The organisation, which provides a support service to allow people to live independently, has agreed a two year deal on Suite 24.
Community Voice Ltd has been a tenant in the building since 2008 and has expanded from their original 800 ft² office to now occupy 3,400 ft² across five suites.
Hardmans Business Centre is located in a semi-rural location on the banks of the river Irwell. It is adjacent to the A56 Haslingden bypass providing easy access to the motorway network.
The property is a four-storey converted mill that has been divided into office suites sized from 687 ft² to 1,792 ft². It also features 24 hour access, a large on-site car park and meeting room facilities.
