Homecare Provider Takes Space at Chorley Offices

Hurstwood Lancashire Offices

Hurstwood has completed another letting at their Railway House office building in Chorley.

Suite 3 has been let on a twelve month deal to Home Angels Chorley, a homecare provider who specialise in dementia care.

Nicolla Bishop from the company said: “I’m thrilled to be taking Home Angels Chorley to Railway House. This business hub is central to the community we serve, and its great being amongst other successful local businesses.

“Our office is perfect for us. This will become the base for my award winning business and hopefully provide a professional creative space to meet my staff and clients. We are expanding rapidly since gaining 5 stars and winning at the national care awards, and I’m really excited to be able to recruit lots of local dementia care talent for my team in 2014.”

This is the latest in a series of recent deals at the property following the refurbishment of the common areas. In the last few months offices have also been let to companies such as Ultimaker GB, United Response and CJ Pressure Test & Chlorination.

Hurstwood Surveyor Andrew McCormack said: “It’s fantastic to see yet another local business take space with us at our Chorley offices. The building continues to be the ideal hub for small local businesses who want to be close to the centre of the town whilst also benefiting from ease of access and ample car parking.”

Railway House is located just outside of Chorley town centre, one mile from Junction 8 on the M61 motorway.

Suites in the purpose built two-storey office building are currently available sized between 148 sq ft and 1,461 sq ft. It also offers car parking, 24 hour access and a bookable meeting room.
