Hurstwood have let a second small office suite at Marshall House in Preston city centre. Suite 1 has been let on a 12 month deal to IM Bookkeeping.
The office measures 330 ft² and is one of the five suites created when the fifth floor of the landmark building was split earlier this year.
This letting leaves three suites available to rent on the fifth floor, sized from 250 ft² to 600 ft². Full and half floors can also be let in the building.
Marshall House is located on the Ringway in the centre of Preston, adjacent to the city’s court buildings and close to the bus and train stations.
