A one time fitness club in the centre of Bolton has been acquired by property developer Hurstwood.
The three storey building on Mawdsley Street which was last used as a fitness club comprises more than 10,000 sq ft of space over three storeys.
Hurstwood Chairman Stephen Ashworth said: “We are looking at a number of possibilities for the property. It is in an excellent town centre location and we believe it deserves to have a vibrant future. In order to make this happen we are working on plans to redevelop building.”
