Hurstwood has bought 10,000 sq ft of offices in Walkden. The acquisition of Hilltop Depot on Phipps Street is the first of several planned by Hurstwood.
Hilltop Depot is a two storey office property and large depot/storage area is currently home to, United Utilities Electrical Services.
