Hurstwood’s sister company Crystal has completed another letting at 61 Mosley Street, their office building in Manchester city centre.
Grant Erksine Architects have agreed a three-year deal on a suite in the building’s third floor business centre.
This letting means that four of the small offices in the third floor business centre are now let, and follows the recent news that Crystal has also converted the second floor to a business centre to meet demand for small offices in the building.
Director of the practice, Grant Erskine said “We have been looking for a new location in the heart of the city for the last few months as part of our on-going growth strategy. The offices at 61 Mosley Street were exactly what we were looking for and Crystal offered us a really good deal.
“We are using this opportunity to really anchor our position within Manchester as part of our long term aspirations to become a major Architect’s practice in the Northwest. We have made Manchester our home and love being part of this city. It’s such an exciting vibrant place to be, with so much happening, both in business and in life”
61 Mosley Street is located in the heart of Manchester city centre, close to the Mosley Street and St Peter’s Square tram spot and less than 5 minutes’ walk from Piccadilly Gardens.
The building, which has been completely refurbished by Crystal, offers three floors of small offices as well as larger floor plates on the upper levels.
