Hurstwood have let another of their industrial units in Blackburn at Waterfall Trade Park.
TDK Architectural Hardware has moved to the 10,439 sqft Unit 2 from their previous premises at Unit 3 on the estate.
TDK Architectural Hardware Ltd trade under the name of the ‘Door Handle Company’. It has been in business in Blackburn for 20 years and is now one of the region’s leading architectural ironmongers.
Andrew Jones from TDK Architectural said: “We are an expanding business and needed the extra room for storing more stock lines. When the bigger unit came up for rent on the estate we had to have it. The location is perfect as we are just over the road from one of our main suppliers, and the estate is very secure with external CCTV etc.”
Waterfall Trade Park is located on Stancliffe Street, on the outskirts of Blackburn town centre. It is close to the M65 motorway and Mill Hill train station.
The units on the estate are ideally suited for trade counter, production facilities and storage. They also benefit from ample parking and loading space.
