Railway House, Hurstwood’s office building in Chorley, is once again close to capacity following the letting of a suite to Kapital Kleening.
The company has agreed a 12-month deal on suite 1 at the property.
Kapital Kleening Ltd is a North West –based cleaning company, founded in 2002. They specialise in commercial and domestic cleaning as well as window cleaning.
Railway House is located close to Chorley town centre and is only a mile from the M61 motorway.
The building features a range of modern office suites from 147 sqft spread over two floors. There is also a large car park and free meeting room available to tenants.
Suite 8, which has recently come back on the market, is now the only suite available to let at the property.
