Hurstwood have capitalised on a surge in interest at Millers Bridge Industrial Estate by completing three lettings in recent weeks.
Bearing Source, who supply ball bearings and power transmission components, have signed-up for 12 months in the 600 sq ft Unit 11.
Unit 2 has been let to hydroponics specialists Greenleaf Systems and Unit 13 has also been let in a separate deal to a private tenant.
The estate remains one of the most popular in the Hurstwood portfolio, with six deals completed in 2014.
James Hartley, managing director of Bearing Source, said: “The unit was chosen due to its location and is the perfect size for my new business which has only been trading for a year. We hope to take on at least one employee over the coming few months.”
“The unit will be used as a trade counter and distribution centre to supply bearings and power transmission components to local industry, and also nationally via courier. We operate a 24 hour service and supply all the leading brands.”
Millers Bridge Industrial Estate is located close to Bootle Docks, a short drive from the centre of Liverpool.
A range of units are currently available to let on the estate, with sizes from 800 sq ft up to 2,600 sq ft. All are suitable for light industrial, storage and workshop use.
More information on the available units can be found on the property page.
