Hurstwood has completed two new deals at Wrexham’s Bersham Enterprise Centre. One of the new tenants is Gareth Shipley, who has signed a new lease on Unit 13 where he will run his expanding air conditioning company.
Having previously worked from home, Gareth said he was really pleased with the new location. He said: “Hurstwood have been incredibly supportive from the beginning, they knew exactly what we were looking for and made the move as stress-free as possible.”
The other deal has been agreed with Sigmatek Services, a firm which manufacturers protective equipment and disposable overalls.
Mark Carling, Head of Commercial Sales and Lettings at Hurstwood, said: “These are two growing businesses that will benefit from being in a location like Bersham Enterprise Centre – it’s in a great location and gives the firms a recognised business address. I am sure the moves will help the respective businesses continue to flourish.
“Our policy at Hurstwood is to offer the best value and highest quality. We know that it is a strategy that’s working as we are currently completing around in excess of 10 new letting deals a month.”
Based in Navigation Park, Bolton, Hurstwood has property interests across the North West, Midlands and Wales. It has approximately 500 clients at more than 80 locations. The portfolio includes offices, industrial units, retail, leisure and distribution.
