Manchester based property investor Hurstwood have today unveiled plans to create additional business centre style office suites at their landmark building in Preston City Centre.
Marshall House, which is located adjacent to Preston’s court buildings, comprises over 20,000 sqft office accommodation and houses several tenants including the NHS and local employer Service Care Solutions.
The fifth floor was converted to a small business centre last year and is now fully occupied.
Laura Wilbourn, Sales Negotiator at Hurstwood comments: “We have seen a really high level of demand for small office suites in Preston this year – so much so that we have now run out of stock. Works to create additional business centre offices will commence in October to create 7 new suites ranging from 180 sqft to 550 sqft in size. We expect to let them all very quickly.”
