Hurstwood have completed a deal with Idris Contract Flooring Ltd to let an industrial unit at Bersham Enterprise Centre in Wrexham.
The company has taken out a five year lease on the 1,000 sqft unit 3 at the estate. Four units are still available to let, ranging in size from 800-1,500 sqft.
Idris Contract Flooring was founded in 2005 and offers a variety of flooring solutions for home and businesses.

Bersham Enterprise Centre is a well-established industrial estate located on Plas Grono Road in Wrexham, North Wales.
It features 17 modern industrial units ranging in size from 800 sqft up to 3,000 sqft. All units have roller shutter door access and the site itself has ample on-site parking.
