Hurstwood’s industrial units on Taylor Court in Haslingden are once again fully occupied following the letting of Unit 11.
GBR trading has agreed a 12 month deal on the property, which features a mixture of warehouse and office space.
Units at Taylor Court have proven popular in 2012. Those that have come back on the market have only remained available for a short time before being snapped-up.
Gavin Ramsay, founder of GBR Trading said: “I think the estate is in the deal location; close to the M66 and M65 motorways and within easy reach of any cabling engineers working in the Greater Manchester or Lancashire area and wanting to collect their orders the same day.”
He added: “The unit is actually one I was interested in when I was considering setting up the business, but the opportunity to rent it had passed by the time the business had started. I was very pleased when it became available again.”
Taylor Court is located on the popular Carrs Industrial Estate, just off the A56 in Haslingden. The development is within a short drive of the Lancashire towns of Blackburn, Burnley and Bury.
The estate features a range of modern industrial units each with a mixture of warehouse and office space.
