After securing two new lettings in February 2012, Hurstwood are now fully let at their offices at Taylors Court in Rotherham.
Over 5,000 sqft of office space was let as deals were completed at suites A3 and A4.
The new tenant in suite A3 is TLC Homecare whilst Sevacare (UK) has moved into suite A4.
TLC Homecare Limited currently provides care at home to around 400 people in South Yorkshire. Richard Walker, the company’s CEO, explained why they chose to Taylors Court: “Following the award of a significant contract with Rotherham MBC, TLC Homecare Ltd, a three star excellent rated care at home provider and part of the Optimo Care Group were keen to secure high quality office accommodation in Rotherham, Hurstwood and their property at Taylors Court was an obvious choice.”
He added: “The team at Hurstwood worked with us closely to ensure we could take occupation in a short period of time. We were pleased with how quickly they turned the project round”.
Sevacare (UK) Limited offers a range of care services and has more than 30 branches across the UK.
Chairman Ravi Bains said: “Taylors Court is ideal for us. It is in the right location and is a very prominent building in the town. Hurstwood were extremely helpful and we are delighted to have secured the premises.”
Freshfields House, Hurstwood’s office building at Taylors Court, is a modern two-storey office development featuring a range of open-plan office space.
The building is located in the Parkgate area of Rotherham, approximately 1.5 miles from the town centre.
