After completing two deals in the past month, Hurstwood can announce that they are now fully let at The Courtyard Industrial Estate in Haslingden.
These deals mark the fifth and sixth lettings completed at the popular Rossendale site since April this year.
Moving into unit 14 on the estate is The Best Partnership Ltd. The new tenants in unit 3 is Equinox Building Services. Both units measure approximately 3,000 sq ft.
The Best Partnership UK supply engineering tools and items to the automotive and allied trades. Roy Slator, the company’s Managing Director said: “Right from the first contact we made with Hurstwood it was obvious we were speaking to a very professional organisation. The deal went very smoothly, with no unnecessary red tape and the premises are in absolutely A1 condition.”
Equinox Building Services are a building contractor previously based in Burnley. They have relocated to The Courtyard as they required more space for their business.
Wendy Barlow from Equinox said: “We liked how new the unit was and how the Courtyard was laid out. There are a lot of local businesses all together.”
The Courtyard is located immediately off the A56 Haslingden bypass providing easy access to Blackburn, Preston and Manchester.
The estate opened in 2007 and is comprised of 13 modern steel-framed industrial units from 2700 sq ft. Each unit also features a reception/office area, mezzanine storage and W.C. and Kitchenette facilities.
