Hurstwood have completed another letting in Salford Quays with Seymour Sign and Print taking an industrial unit at The Cobden Centre.
The company have agreed a three year lease on unit 12a at the popular industrial estate on the edge of Manchester city centre.
This letting means that Hurstwood are now fully occupied at the industrial estate.
Seymour Sign and Print have a combined experience of over 25 years in the design, print and signage industry. They have undertaken work for clients across Manchester and the United Kingdom, from individuals and small businesses, through to national franchises.
David Hammond from Seymour Sign and Print said: “Our property search was aimed at industrial units, with vehicle access, with reasonable rent that wasn’t going to strain the bank balance whilst we grew the vehicle graphic side of our business. A viewing of the property on The Cobden Centre fulfilled all of the requirements with the added bonus of a segregated office space.”
The Cobden Centre is a well-established industrial estate located a mile from Media City, the new home of the BBC in the North, and ten-minutes from to Manchester city centre.
The estate features 14 industrial units, each with roller shutter Door access as well as kitchen and toilet facilities. The estate also features ample parking and loading space and CCTV security.
