Hurstwood’s popular Millers Bridge Industrial Estate in Liverpool has welcomed another new tenant.
Steel Habitat Strength and Conditioning have let the 600 ft² Unit 3 on the estate and are now working to convert it into a gym. Unit 21, measuring 800 ft², has also been let in a separate deal.
Mike Waywell, owner of Steel Habitat and former Sale Sharks Rugby player, said: “The Unit at Millers Bridge is just what I needed for my first gym; smart, secure and well placed within the Liverpool community.”
This latest letting means just four units are currently available for rent on the estate, ranging in size from 600 ft² to 2,120 ft².
Millers Bridge Industrial Estate is prominently located adjacent to Bootle Docks and is three miles North of Liverpool city centre.
Units on the estates are suitable for a wide range of uses and each features roller shutter door access and parking and loading space.
